What is Counselling?
Counselling gives you a quiet space where you can talk one to one with a counsellor about anything that is causing
you distress. The atmosphere is empathic and non-judgemental and your counsellor will help you explore your
options concerning your current problem.
You are in control; you will not be criticised or advised. We will work at
your pace to try to identify and understand your problems.
Counselling incorporates an A to Z of personal issues including:
* Stress/Anger Management
* Anxiety
* Alcohol and Drug Problems
* Eating Problems
* Relationships
* Depression and Bereavement
Counselling is completely confidential and client centred.
